At Sheikh Paints, we want you to be fully satisfied with every product. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. We do not offer cash refunds or money back on any product. Instead, we offer a replacement or warranty service, as described in this policy. You are allowed to open and check your parcel in front of the courier at the time of delivery. If the parcel or product is damaged, leaking, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept it. Refuse the parcel and return it to the courier on the spot. Once you accept the parcel, it is considered received in good condition. Damage that happens during shipping or delivery is the courier's responsibility, and we do not accept or pay claims for damage caused by the courier after the parcel has been accepted by the customer. You can request a return and replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered. The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, except in case of a defect. Please share clear photos or a video of the product and parcel when you contact us. Once your request is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same product. All eligible products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues, and if a product is found defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it. Please keep your order number or invoice as proof of purchase. This policy does not cover damage caused by the courier, damage found after the parcel has been accepted, damage caused by wrong use, misuse, or negligence, products that have been used, opened, or tampered with (unless the issue is a manufacturing defect), normal wear and tear, custom-mixed shades once they have been mixed and prepared for you, or problems caused by poor surface preparation or wrong application. To request a replacement, please contact us within the allowed time on WhatsApp at +92 314 1675125 or by email at sheikhpaints@gmail.com. Share your order number, photos or a video, and a short description of the issue. Our team will review your request and confirm approval, and after approval we will arrange the replacement. Replacements for defective or wrong items are sent free of charge. If the return is due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, delivery charges may apply.
